Alamos Charming Apartments Family is an apartment with lots of space, ideal for family holidays or for two couples.
It is located in the historic center of Funchal, close to the city's main museums.
The apartment, on the 1st floor, belongs to a building from the XVIII centry, completely renovated, with the original facade. The building has a rooftop with a breathtaking view over Funchal´s amphitheater, where you can sunbathe or simply enjoy the wonderful view!
The space
Alamos Charming Apartments is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, in the historic center of Funchal, close to the city's main museums.
Next door is Sr. Luis's grocery store, opened from Monday to Sunday.
Guest access
The apartment has a private balcony.
The Rooftop is also for the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment. Access to the Rooftop is made outside the apartment in the 2nd floor.
On New Year's Eve, all guests in the building have access to the Rooftop.
Other things to note
A maximum of five people can be accommodated, including babies or children.
The cot has an additional cost of 15 euros per day, with a minimum value of 60 euros. If you would like the cot to be prepared, please inform at least one day in advance. If you request a cot, it will be placed in the apartment by 8:30 pm on your day of arrival.
Cleaning and change of sheets and towels is done once a week.
For stays of eight nights or less, weekly cleaning will not be provided.
If you want extra cleaning, the service will be charged separately..
It is mandatory to present identification documents for all guests before check-in.
On New Year's Eve, all guests in the building have access to the Rooftop.
Anyone staying in Funchal who is over 12 and does not live in Madeira has to pay the Municipal Tourist Tax. The tax is 2€ per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, per person, per stay. The maximum amount to be paid by the guest is 14€ (for a maximum
of 7 consecutive nights). We will send a payment request. It is mandatory to pay it before check-in.
