Sea View Terrace is a sunny apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking Funchal's amphitheater. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the old town, Sea View Terrace is the ideal place to relax. Enjoy our terrace watching the arrival and departure of ships to the port of Funchal!

Other things to note
A maximum of four people can be accommodated, including babies or children.

Cleaning and changing of sheets is done once a week.
Towels are changed twice a week.
For stays of eight nights or less, there will be no weekly cleaning.
If you want extra cleaning, the service will be charged separately.

It is mandatory to present identification documents for all guests before check-in.

Anyone staying in Funchal who is over 12 and does not live in Madeira has to pay the Municipal Tourist Tax. The tax is 2€ per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, per person, per stay. The maximum amount to be paid by the guest is 14€ (for a maximum
of 7 consecutive nights). We will send a payment request. It is mandatory to pay it before check-in.
